Cleansing the skin also known as detoxification is the removal of toxic substances from the body.
Detoxification can also refer to the period of withdrawal. There is no evidence that detox diets have any health benefits.
Certain diets have an assumption that the body accumulates toxins that must be removed, especially after periods of over-eating or the consumption of non-nutritious foods such as greasy fast food. .
Cleansing the skin seems like it should just be a simple thing such as scrubbing your face every night before bed time. But when you are prone to breakouts, it’s not so simple.
There has to be something out there that will help me with issue and work right the first time. I’m sure after all this time it has been frustrating enough.
So that lead to the questions of what cleanser should I use, how quickly will it work & of course how much will I have to spend. What eating habits will I have to change. Maybe not many at all.
